Best Fit Boots owner/operator Dave MacMillan has been fitting and selling ski boots in Telluride for 20 years.
Prior to opening Best Fit Boots (originally known as “Screamin’ Doggies”), Dave lived in Vail for 20 years, where he managed the cutting edge shop, and helped The Boot Lab, to develop their custom footbed system.
In 1987 and 1999 Dave worked with shops in Australia and Andorra, training their employees on ski boot fitting.

Certified as a Pedorthist in 1997 Dave is one of the most experienced bootfitters in the United States, if not the world.
As a lifelong skier, Dave competed on the Saab Pro Mogul Tour in the 80’s.
